regarding installation of the giflossy fork of the gifsicle package

- To determine if you have the right gifsicle, look for 'lossy' in the manpage
  or in the 'gifsicle --help' output.

- If you dont have the right gifsicle you can get it using
  installbin/installgiflossy in the gifencoder package.
  It essentially does the following:
  
git clone https://github.com/kornelski/giflossy.git
cd giflossy/
autoreconf -i
./configure
sudo make install
