A 'root' relative link to a peer file would be: '/articles/peerfile.rts'

A relative link is relative to the directory which contains the current file where you are inserting the link, so a peer file links like this:

'./peerfile.rts'

Example relative link: This is a relative link to previous article

Example root link: This is an absosulte link to previous article
